DO NOT NEGOTIATE with a gentleman call Azzez. I have found him to be dishonest. He has caused a lot of damage to my property and neighbors property with work equipment and refuses fix damages. His attitude changes once he has received final payment for work.

Be Warned! Do not make any final payments until you are happy with the completed work. Do not make payments before completion date even if they ask as they WILL NOT COME BACK to fix their work. Better look else where for more honest workers.
