I have never ever made a complaint in my life before, but the hairdresser's behaviour was horrific. I will never ever go back. I did get 2 good cuts from a young woman who no longer works there. I then got a terrible colour from the same hairdresser who was rude to me today. I was giving her a second chance for a cut. Instead she was rude, pushy, and when I tried to discuss a preference, she cut me off mid sentence to say " Do you EVEN WANT a haircut TODAY?" ... well that's an easy question to answer... I walked out and had a great cut elsewhere.
