The owner is a horrible guy who treats his young workforce very poorly & takes full advantage of his large team of Apprentices. Collinder has a high turnover of staff which averages one worker leaving every two months. Stay clear of this company as his riches and gains are by the exploits of young apprentices whom are managed by fear and intimidation. Stay clear
