Worst company in Australia without a doubt. Ripoff merchants and scum bags. Avoid at all costs. The most unprofessional group I've ever come across. Rude. Poor workmanship. No responsibility. ATO needs to investigate. Just the worst.

There are no words that could best describe how bad this business is, in the 25 years ive been dealing with tradies this business is by far the most unscrupulous and disgusting rip off merchants ive ever seen. Constantly haranging me to pay cash when i didn't really want to, luckily i have a paper trail for approx half of the cost and messages which i'll be passing onto tax authorities as this business should not be allowed to rip off people again. I have spent big money on an aggregate concrete job that started out fine, around the pool area was a good job. Unfortunately my pool ended up with significant amount of aggregate concrete topping which took 3-4 weeks to get the water sparkling again but i understood there was nowhere really for the top layer to go in the most part and accepted it. Unfortunately, they didn't clean up after themselves after i specifically asked them to and the owner Hayden Soliman went overseas only to come back and get the first signs that he was one who never takes any accountability or responsibility - its always someone elses fault. As the first part of my job had been completed i took the stupid risk of giving him another chance as the rest of the concrete from the pool area right up to the front drive needed to be the same as i had an extra mix bag added to the aggregate and wanted a consistent finish. I didn't get that. He charged me for the extra mix bags for the aggregate but the concrete thats been poured is noticeably different to the concrete around the pool. Stupidly, i work from a platform of trust. Ive always done this and never been let down before. The day before i went overseas for a week the pour for the rest was completed, i had paid all monies owed minus $3000 (did this via bank transfer thank god so i have proof work has been done) and looked good even though the top layer hadn't be washed off as yet. The washer came the next day, photos were sent to me which looked fine on the surface and i stupidly paid him the final $3000. When i cam home i took the newly laid pool cover off the pool and found significant amount (at least 3cm deep accross the bottom of the whole pool) of top layer concre agg which still to this day 6 weeks later im still trying to clean the pool from. It was absolutely like the washer had practically washed the whole drive and paths from the front of the house all the way down into the pool, to give you an idea it was way worse than when the area directly surrounding the pool was done. Zero care and again zero accountibiity from Hayden and absolutely no offer to right some wrongs. Just full of excuses. To top it off, its been six weeks now and he still hasn't come out or sent out someone to do the concrete crack lines. Multiple times when i have actually got a hold of him ringing from different phones he's told me someone would be out and hasn't. Ive now had to spend more of my money to get this done by someone else. HDA concreting has zero accountability, takes no responsibility for the contractors they outsource to and when been paid just doesn't return calls. If you go with this company you have absolute rocks in your head, the single worst tradie i have ever dealt with by a country mile so deal with at your own peril.
