You can search any business through our search bar and go to their business page. To leave a review, you don’t need a goguide® account, simply login through your Facebook account and leave your comment. This means that each review is done by an actual person.
All reviews should be based upon your experience of a business’ products or services. Each review passes through our moderator team to assure that there is no offensive language, deformation and that the review is genuine.
The goguide® resolution centre offer the chance for a conversation between businesses and the customers leaving a review. If a customer leaves a bad review the business has the opportunity to respond, maybe offer to rectify the problem. This in turn could persuade the customer to leave a more positive review.
